Sehr zufrieden
Ich bin wie immer sehr zufrieden mit der Wahre die ich bestellt habe.
Sie ist schnell geliefert worden und auch die Angestellten sind sehr Kundenfreundlich.

Ware schön, Bestellung unkomfortabel
Da ich ein Freund des Online-Shoppings bin, habe ich mehrfach versucht, meine Wunschprodukte online zu bestellen. Ich konnte die Waren auch problemlos in den Warenkorb legen, hatte dann aber Probleme, den Bestellvorgang abzuschließen, da sich die Eingabefelder, wie z.B. Geburtsdatum, Land, etc. zigfach vervielfältigt haben und ich einfach nicht weiter gehen konnte. Ich habe die Waren dann nach mehren Versuchen an verschiedenen Tagen telefonisch bestellt. Leider waren dann einige meiner Wunschartikel nicht mehr vorhanden. Die Dame an der Bestellannahme war äußerst unfreundlich und hat mir auf meine Bitte hin, mein Online- Bestellproblem weiterzugeben, das Gefühl gegeben als wenn ich komplett dumm wäre. Schade eigentlich. Auch der telefonisch zugesagte Liefertermin von 4 Tagen wurde nicht eingehalten.
Mit den gelieferten Artikeln selbst bin ich absolut zufrieden.
