Zufrieden
Mit der Waren war ich zufrieden. Ebenso mit der Abwicklung der Reklamation eines Artikels. Ganz unkompliziert. Vielen Dank.

Leiterregale
Habe 2 Leiter regale Artikelnummer: 229803 für a)43,50€ bestellt.
Absolut minderwertige Ware. Eines habe ich wieder zurückgeschickt das andere musste ich leider behalten weil die Verpackung schon entsorgt worden ist. Die Sprossen der Leiter waren billigst vernagelt, stellenweise sind die Sprossen komplett aus der Leiter weg. Die Nägel standen raus. Für sowas auch noch über 40 Euro verlangen ist eine Unverschämtheit. Hätte beide wieder zurückgeschickt wenn ich die Verpackung nicht schon entsorgt hätte.

Wir bedauern wirklich sehr, dass Sie mit der Qualität des Artikels 22.980.3 nicht zufrieden waren. Die Rücksendung des ersten Regals ist schon bei uns eingetroffen und wir haben eine Gutschrift für Sie veranlasst.

Gerne können Sie uns das zweite Regal auch in einer anderen Verpackung zukommen lassen, wenn Sie es doch lieber zurücksenden wollen. Bei einem Qualitätsmangel oder defekten Produkt müssen Sie natürlich kein Originalkarton verwenden. Sollten Sie kein Rücksende-Etikett mehr haben, dann kontaktieren Sie doch bitte unseren Kundenservice. Dieser kann Ihnen selbstverständlich wieder eins zukommen lassen. Sobald dann das zweite Regal bei uns wäre, könnten wir Ihnen auch dieses gutschreiben.
