Ware top, aber....
Ich bin mit Frank immer zufrieden diesmal allerdings habe ich ein Windlicht bestellt das laut Internet auch lieferbar war und bei der Lieferung stand dann plötzlich es ist im Moment nicht lieferbar ich muss es neu bestellen. Das finde ich nicht gut das die Ware dann nicht nachgeliefert wird. Bei einem Windlicht für 9,95 dann nochmal Versandkosten zu zahlen ist echt happig.

Wir bedauern, dass der gewünschte Artikel trotz der online angezeigten Artikellieferbarkeit doch nicht mehr verfügbar war. Dies kann leider in einzelnen Fällen geschehen, wenn über unterschiedliche Kommunikationskanäle (Internetshop, Telefon, schriftliche Bestellung) der Artikel bestellt wurde und nur noch in geringer Menge vorhanden war. Uns ist es aus organisatorischen Gründen nicht immer möglich, diese Fälle abzufangen. Natürlich werden wir daran weiterarbeiten, um unsere Kunden bestmöglich zufrieden zu stellen.

Versand und Abwicklung top, Verarbeitung naja
Der Versand und die Abwicklung haben prima geklappt.
Leider waren drei Figuren von der Verarbeitung nicht ok, die habe ich zurück geschickt.
