Ersatzlieferung
Da ich nur ein Glas als Ersatz bestellt hatte, kann ich mich nur zur sehr, sehr guten Kundenbetreuung äußern. Das war echt spitze.

Leider war ich dieses mal nicht zufrieden.
Die Osterhasen waren verkratzt obwohl sie gut verpackt waren.
Eine von meinen Zwei Osterschalen aus Porzellan war zerbrochen. Und mein Beistelltisch antik war so schräg das ich in nicht zusammenbauen konnte. Ich hoffe das meine nächste Bestellung wieder besser ist.

Verpackungsmüll
Die Preise bei Frank Flechtwaren sind einfach unschlagbar und ich freue mich schon immer auf den nächsten aktuellen Katalog. Die Waren sind sicher verpackt und somit auch vor Schäden geschützt. Nur bei den Verpackungen von zerbrechlichen Dekoartikeln finde ich das teilweise eingesetzte Styropor sehr störend - überall die Krümel. Mit Wellpappe geht das heutzutage doch auch alles. Und dann ist da noch der "kleine" Versandkarton. Das letzte Mal war die Hälfte des Kartons leer und musste mit Füllmaterial ausgestopft werden. Das geht doch bestimmt ein oder zwei Nummern kleiner. So riesen Kartons sind ganz schön blöd zu händeln und außerdem muss man das alles ja noch entsorgen... Deswegen von mir 4 von 5 Sternen.

Wie immer toll!
Zeitnah zur aufgegebenen Bestellung erreichte uns die Lieferung in vollem Umfang. Alle Artikel waren in guter Qualität geliefert und verpackt. Das Gesamtvolumen könnte bestimmt noch reduziert und der Artikelgröße angepasst werden.

Beide Lichter hängen zusammen über dem Seidbord, sehen wunderschön aus. Danke für die schnelle Lieferung so lag es pünktlich unter dem Weihnachtsbaum
