Einfach gut, einfach Orgamax
Wir arbeiten bereits in zwei unterschiedlichen Betrieben mit dieser Software und sind sehr zufrieden.
Durch das Basisprogramm, was später durch entsprechende Module aufgestockt werden kann, passt sich dies den Kundenanforderungen optimal an. Ein Forum in welches sich User austauschen können rundet das Ganze noch einmal ab. Wir wünschen uns aber, dass Updates oder neue Versionen künftig vor Einführung, genauestens unter die Lupe genommen werden.

Klasse Program
Bin Einzelunternehmer (außer 1 Stk 450€-Kraft).
Die Software ist auch ohne zuviele 'Add-Ons' einfach klasse.

Sehr gute, nahezu intuitiv zu bediendende Bürosoftware.
Einziges Manko ist die Einrichtung und Anpassung des Briefpapiers, der Rechnungsformulare etc an die eigenen Bedürfnisse; hier ist die Bedienung sehr kompliziert udn man braucht am besten jemnad, der das öfters macht. Einzelne Features (z. B. Artikelnummer) lassen sich in der Eingabematrix nicht rausnehmen, das macht die Bedienung an dem Punkt unübersichtlicher.
Eine Rechnungsausgabe für Architekten nach HOAI wäre toll.

Sehr gutes Programm
Ich benutze das Programm seit 2007 und bin damit sehr zufrieden. In den ersten Jahren habe ich das Programm über einen Drittanbieter (Mein Büro) genutzt, die Umstellung auf orgaMax mit den vorhandenen Daten war mühelos. Bei Problemen mit der Software (welche wirklich sehr selten vorkommen) wurde mir telefonisch bzw per Fernwartung, stets zuvorkommend geholfen.
Wer gut und kompetent beraten sein will, ist hier genau richtig.
