Seit ich OrgaMax benutze, geht mir die Buchhaltung und Rechnungserstellung leichter von der Hand.
Wenn jetzt noch eine manuelle Zeiterfassung für Minijober dabei wäre, wäre es perfekt!

Gefällt mir!
Als IT-Systemhaus für Juristen, nutzen wir OrgaMax nun seit Mitte 2014. Zwischenzeitlich auf 10 Arbeitsplätzen und mit einem großen Serviceaufkommen. Das Programm leistet mehr, als man für das Geld erwarten darf. Sicherlich ist nicht alles perfekt und man hat noch viele Wünsche; aber mal ehrlich: Das ist alles schon ziemlich gut.
Für jeden, der nicht mehrere tausend Euro pro Platz ausgeben will und gleichzeitig sich ein Paket wünscht, mit dem man sein kleines Unternehmen im vollen Umfang "organisieren" kann, ist OrgaMax die perfekte Wahl.

Übersichtlich schnell zu lernen.
Einfach und übersichtlich, schnell zu lernen.
In manchen Berreichen wie Sicherheit und Vorlagen so wie bei den updates noch Luft nach oben.

• vielfältige Filtereinstellung
• sehr gute Übersicht
• alle Funktionen in einem Programm - dadurch von Angebot über Rechnung und leider auch mal eine Mahnung aus einer Hand
• Umsätze, Onlinebanking, viele Statistiken sorgen für guten Überblick

- sehr viele Updates, nicht immer geht alles gut ABER immer sehr schnelle Hilfe über den stets erreichbaren Telefonsupport
