Ich bin sehr zufrieden.
Meine Erfahrung mit Orgamax, dessen Bedienung und den Support sind komplett Positiv. Die Probleme werden erhört und durch einen Netten Support beseitigt. Auftretende Fragen werden am Telefon meist sofort beantwortet. Auch das Programm selber gibt viele Hinweise und unterstütz mich. Grade für mich als Einzelunternehmen ist es eine deutliche Entlastung. Ich nutze Orgamax für Rechnungen, Mahnwesen, schreibe Angebote lasse die Gesamte Buchführung über das Programm laufen und nutze die Möglichkeit des Online Post Service. Alles im allem die gesamte Büro Abwicklung inklusive Elster Versand.

vieles klappt gut
Mit der Orgamax Software kommen wir im Großen und Ganzen gut zurecht. Manches entspricht nicht unseren Vorstellungen. Es wird auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen und einige konnten auch mit regelmäßigen Updates erfüllt werden. Das Programm bietet vielseitige Möglichkeiten und ist sehr breit aufgestellt. An der Hotline wird man kompetent beraten, manchmal dauert der Rückruf etwas zu lange.

Nicht zuviel und nicht zu wenig. Fehlt ein Baustein, kann man nur das was einem fehlt als Baustein hinzu ordern.

überraschend einfaches und intuitives Handling
Ein Kommentar erübrigt sich. Orgamax ist intuitiv zu bedienen und übersichtlich im Handling. Für Handwerker und Freiberufler eine saubere Lösung zu einem vernünftigen Preis. Weiter so! Volle Punktzahl in der Bewertung!
