Leider Leider auch nicht das Wahre
Orga Max ist eigentlich als Software ganz brauchbar.
Auch das Personal machte sich anfangs große Mühe.
Uns wurde sogar ein Jahr Update am telefon zugesichert und Rechnungsformulare in mehreren Sprachen alles mit drinn ...
Letztendlich funktioniert die Software, aber Rechnungsdokumente sind so ein riesen Aufwand das es fast schon verständlich ist ... das Orgamax für die Hilfe ein paar Vorlagen zu erstellen über 300€ verlangt... Gut nachdem aber nach 2 Monaten auch noch ständig Mails gekommen sind das wir für XXX Euro updaten sollen ist mir doch der Kragen geplatzt. Bei Orgamax kann man sich leider nicht auf das Telefonat verlassen sondern alles akribisch nachprüfen. Jedes Extra kostet viel Geld und der Service hilft dann auch nicht mehr weiter.
Nach ewigem hin und her bot man uns 50% Nachlass an ... das ist in meinen Augen völlige Abzocke wir verzichten !
Nichts gegen die Software es gibt deutlich schlimmere aber Versprechen und Zusagen nicht einhalten geht garnicht!

Top für Startups und Jungunternehmer
Ich suchte vor einem Jahr ein Warenwirtschaftssystem das sehr umfassend aber auch günstig ist.
UND VOR ALLEM: LEICHT ZU BEDIENEN!!!!
Es gibt Zahlreiche Programme am Markt aber eben nur ein Orgamax.
Ohne auch nur eine einzige Einschulung konnten wir das Programm sofort nutzen!!!
Die Flexibilität und den Support welcher in der Cloudvariante inkludiert ist schätzen wir sehr.

Am besten man lädt sich die Testversion runter und überzeugt sich selbst.

Mal eben die Stammdaten um zwei Punkten erweitert/ verändert!
Der Support- Mitarbeiter von deltra Business Software hat mal eben in 14 Minuten unsere Stammdaten geändert und dadurch um eine Einheit und eine Textvariante erweitert.
Alles ging reibungslos, unkompliziert und vor allem schnell, über die Bühne. Kosten: 0,00 Euro. Wir sind mal richtig begeistert!!!
