Update und neu Installation
Sehr freundliches Team, gutes Programm, bin sehr zufrieden mit allem.
Beim Update und der neu Installation konnte mir der kostenlose Support prima weiterhelfen.

Lange Wartezeiten beim Support
Seit orgaMax 16 leider nur noch technische Probleme. Support meldet sich wenn man Glück hat am nächsten Tag, öfters mal leider auch gar nicht oder per E-Mail mit einer spärlichen Antwort mit einem Standardtext für Kunden die keinen Anspruch auf Support haben (obwohl die Anfrage logischerweise für orgaMax 16 gestellt wurde)

Wegen den vielen technischen Problemen, sowie der schlechten Leistung des Supports, kann ich orgaMax inzwischen nicht mehr weiterempfehlen. Hier besteht eindeutig Handlungsbedarf.

Orgamax ist eine tolle gut durchdachte Software. Die Datenbankanpassung wurde mittels Fernwartung in kürzester
Zeit realisiert.

Seit meiner Firmengründung 2006, arbeite ich mit der Software von Orgamax zur vollsten Zufriedenheit. Egal ob subport oder Hilfestellung in technischen oder pragmatischen Fragen , zu jeder Zeit hat man eine freundliche Stimme von fachspezifischen kompetenten Menschen am Ohr die einen rasch und unbürokratisch weiterhelfen und alle sorgen nehmen . Hat leider nicht sofort funktioniert.
Der Suppurt war kompetent und sehr flott, aber leider hatten wir einen Tag Wartezeit bis wir zum Support kamen.
