leicht verständliche Anwendung
Ich setze für mein Unternehmen nur die Angebots- und Rechnungsseite ein. Damit komme ich
aber total super zurecht. Vieles ist schon hinterlegt und ich finde das Programm leicht verständlich.
Ich bin zufrieden damit.

PayPal Anbindung
Der Support von Frau Ostmann (5 Sterne) war wie immer schnell und sehr kompetent. Konnte die Anbindung zu PayPal umgehend umsetzen. Danke für die rasche Unterstüzung.

Vier Punkte, weil die Dame von der Zentrale zwei Tage zuvor kein Ticket erstellt hat und bei erneutem Anruf mir mitgeteilt wurde, dass das Problem an den Support nicht weitergeleitet wurde.

Es hat sehr lange gedauert, bis sich jemand mit uns in Verbindung gesetzt hat. Habe 9x angerufen, eine Woche lang! Es war eine sehr dringende Angelegenheit, habe das auch immer betont. (Anbindung der Kassa mit dem Finanzamt defekt - hier können schwerwiegende rechltiche Probleme entstehen. )Schlussendlich konnte das Problem mit einem kurzen Rückruf gelöst werden.

Aufwände können archivierten Projekten zugeordnet werden
Bei der Neuanlage eines Aufwandes können archivierte (und dementsprechend bereits abgerechnete Projekte) bebucht werden. Das dürfte, meine Ansicht nach, nicht sein, da archivierte Projekte in der Projektanzeige nicht mehr aktiv sind und man sie daher eigentlich auch nicht mehr auswählen können sollte. Wenn bei uns ein Aufwand versehentlich auf ein archiviertes Projekte gebucht wird (was leider immer wieder vorkommt), geht das bei der Verrechnung leider unter und wir kommen erst viel zu spät drauf. Es ist aber zeitlich auch nicht möglich, vor jeder Abrechnung zu schauen, ob auf irgendein archiviertes Projekt (wir haben zur Zeit rund 400) ein Aufwand gebucht wurde. Das sollte unserer Ansicht nach DRINGEND geändert werden, sodass man hier einstellen kann, welche Projekte in der Aufwandsansicht ausgewählt werden können....
