Wir arbeiten seit über 10 Jahren mit der Orgamax Software, da kommt es schon einmal
vor, dass Unterstützung vom Support benötigt. Hier wurde uns immer sehr schnell und unbürokratisch
geholfen, sei es durch entsprechende Links, telefonisch oder durch das Aufschalten auf den Rechner,

Fiskal TSE Lösung
Bin überhaupt nicht zufrieden, weil das Problem nicht gelöst wurde und es eben auch nur diese eine Lösung scheinbar gibt, die ja nicht funktioniert. Wir haben eine Separate Swiss Bit TSE Soeicherkarte, die dafür geeignet wäre, aber die man leider ja nciht durch das programm ansteuern kann. Da wäre es sinnvoll hier eine flexibelere Lösung anzubieten.

In der Tat ist es so, dass diese von orgaMAX nicht abgebildet werden kann. Über die von uns umgesetzte fiskaltrust-Lösung haben wir die technischen Voraussetzungen geschaffen, möglichst vielen Anwendern pauschal die Möglichkeit der Einhaltung der TSE-Richtlinie zu geben, auch wenn es aktuell noch keine finale Zertifizierung seitens unserer Partner gibt.
