Fragen zur evtl. Programmerweiterung - Nutzung Zusatzfelder
Sehr gute Beratung des Mitarbeiters - Problem erkannt, aber derzeit keine Lösung zur Lizenzverwaltung (wird trotzdem benötigt) wir entwickeln und vertreiben ähnlich wie Deltra Software und benötigen eine Lizenzverwaltung und - Steuerung, wollen das aber ungern selbst entwickeln

Lösung des Problems
Der MA war sehr kompetent und zeigte uns Optionen und Möglickeiten auf, wie wir uns Problem lösen können, weil Orgamax die Funktion an sich leider nicht anbietet.

Lange Wartezeit, aber trotzdem zufrieden
Sehr geehrte Damen und Herrn,

Leider hatten wir gestern einen Problem mit unserer Datenbank, dieser Fehler lag
vorab an unserer Datenbank, und nicht an dem davor durchgeführten Update.

Allerdings konnte mit 6 Personen ca für 4 Stunden nicht efektiv im System arbeiten.
Leider traf man die Aussage der Second Support würde sich in der nächsten Stunde melden.
Darauf verlässt man sich auch ein wenig.. es wurden dann allerdings 2 Stunden.

Realistisch gesehen haben alle Kunden immer ein "dringendes Problem", diese Tatsache ist uns auch bekannt.

Im Nachgang wurede der Support äusserst freundlich und kompetent abgehandelt, trotz leicht gereizt mehrmaligen Nachfragen unsererseits.

allerdings sollten solche Driglichkeiten eventuell zügiger bearbeitet werden, zumal wir unter anderem unserem Kunden OrgaMax empfehlen, als auch kleine Fragen oder Hilfestellungen an unsere Kunden geben in Bezug auf Anwenderfragen.
