- Sofortigen Lösungsansatz parat
- Hört dem Kunden zu
- angenehme Telefonstimme
- nimmt den Kunden mit im Gespräch
- setzt den Kunden selbst ein, um schneller ans Ziel zu kommen, was sehr praktisch ist und besser als fragen wo er genau mit der Maus hin soll

Erstklassiger Support
Ich hatte ein sehr dringendes Problem mit meinem Orgamax-Programm.
Der Rückruf vom Support kam superschnell und der Supporter konnte mir noch schneller helfen.
Manchmal dauert es nicht lange um einen Menschen glücklich zu machen! :-)

Meine kürzliche Anfrage zur Fehlermeldung im Onlinebanking wurde sehr schnell beantwortet und somit wusste ich, dass es am Server der Bank liegt und ich einfach etwas abwarten muss, bis das behoben ist.

Beratung gut, "entgegen kommen" eher mittelmäßig
Der telefonische Kontakt ist weitestgehend nett und höflich (bis auf einen Ausrutscher, da hat wohl jemand gerade sehr wenig Zeit).

Aber es ist leider bei Deltra noch nicht ganz angekommen dass wir seit Jahren von Digitalisierung und Industrie 4.0 sprechen.
Es wäre schön wenn sich das Unternehmen und damit die Software mehr öffnen würde.
Mehr Schnittstellen, mehr Support für Erweiterungen, usw. (hier gäbe es einen sehr großen AfterSales-Markt ;-) SAP macht damit nicht ohne Grund sein Hauptgeschäft).
Mir ist kein Fall bekannt der sich mit einer vollkommen geschlossenen Lösung zufrieden gibt.
Es gibt heute unfassbar viele Software-Lösungen die alle irgendwo über SQL, REST, JSON, XML usw. bedient werden wollen (und zwar bidirektional).
Schade dass Deltra hier wenig Bereitschaft zeigt.

Nichts desto trotz ist orgaMAX eine gute und solide Software.
Ich bin mir sicher diese findet auch, oder gerade dann, Abnehmer wenn sich das System weiter gegenüber Drittanbieter Lösungen öffnen würde.

Ein Anruf beim Support löste die Aufgabe per Fernwartung in wenigen Minuten.
