Hilfe zum neuen Orgamax
Nach meiner Fragestellung zu einem Problem nach dem Upgrade auf orgaMax 2020 wurde sehr schnell und sehr kompetent geholfen. Zuerst schriftlich mit einer Mitarbeiterin und schließlich telefonisch mit Fernwartung mit einem sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiter - ein Support wie man ihn sich wünscht

Nettorechnung mit Mehrwertsteuer
Ich hatte ein Problem mit einer Netto Rechnung, die einen Mehrwertsteuerbetrag auswies. Es wurde wirklich sehr schnell über die Fernwartung geholfen und der Fehler wurde rasch behoben. Auch über eine eigene Briefvorlage mit Bilder wurde ich Informiert, Wirklich Top, weiter so.

Gutes Programm
Macht was es soll. Einfach zu bedienen. Mehr Projektbezug und eine Stundenerfassung (mit Übergabe zur Abrechnung) wären noch ein toller Zusatz.

Seit einigen Jahren nutzen wir orgaMAX für unsere Buchhaltung.
Egal, welches Problem gelöst werden musste, die Kollegen von deltra sind kompetent und hilfsbereit. So auch diesmal... Probleme mit der Datensicherung nach dem letzten update und dem MwSt.-Patch kompetent gelöst.

Update-Probleme
Mein Problem mit dem Update zum MwSt.-Wechsel hat Herr Ahmado in kurzer Zeit super gelöst und behoben, während eine andere Mitarbeiterin vor ein paar Tagen das Problem nicht abschliessend erledtigte und mich mit dem Rest allein gelassen hat. Vielen Dank für die gute Betreuung.
