Und es hat WUMMS gemacht - Perfekt gelöst
Großes LOB an die Mannschaft von Deltra. Der Assistent zur Steuersenkung ist eine TOP Idee gewesen und das es natürlich bei speziellen Konstellation beim Kunden "hakeln" kann ist logisch. Hier wurde aber sehr schnell (!!!) und sehr professionell reagiert.

kann man nicht mehr empfehlen
Als langjähriger Kunde seit 2007 war ich anfangs von der Software begeistert und habe mindestens 7 neue Kunden für Orgamax gewonnen.
Heute kann ich diese " Büro-Software " auf keinen Fall mehr weiterempfehlen.
Fatale Fehler bei Steuerberechnungen ...Ärger mit dem Finanzamt sind vorprogramiert.
Als Kassensoftware untauglich.
Nach Updates ständig Probleme.
Datensicherung... wer Zeit hat 1 Std. wegen der Super-Neuerungen die keiner braucht.
Mittlerweile habe ich schon Panik , wenn ein neues " Update" aufgespielt werden muß, hinterher sitze ich Stunden und Tagelang am PC um die Fehler zu suchen.
Die Super-Software- Entwickler bereinigen dann anschließend die Fehler und ein neuer Patch kommt für Alle Teilnehmer , mit entsprechendem ABO.
Bedankt für meine Zeit hat sich auch noch keiner von Deltra ORGAMAX

auch an dieser Stelle noch einmal: Danke für Ihr Feedback. Leider lassen sich, trotz sorgfältiger und umfangreicher Tests, nicht immer alle Fehler zu 100 % ausschließen. Gerade wenn – wie im aktuellen Fall der Mehrwertsteuersenkung – innerhalb kürzester Zeit viele, teils tiefgehende, Änderungen vorgenommen werden müssen. Umso wichtiger ist es uns dementsprechend, diese schnellstmöglich wieder zu beheben.
Wie bereits mit unserem Support besprochen, haben wir Ihre Anmerkungen direkt an die Entwicklung gegeben, damit auch hier zeitnah Abhilfe geschaffen wird und Sie wieder wie gewohnt mit orgaMAX arbeiten können.

Schnell, freundlich, kompetent.
Bereits seit über 10 Jahren nutze ich die Software, seit dem gab es kaum Anlass den Support zu kontaktieren, da alles gut läuft. In den seltenen Fällen wo ich Hilfe benötigte wurde schnell geholfen.

Anmeldeproblem
Aufgrund der Meldung eines "internen Fehlers" konnte Orgamax nicht gestartet werden. Es erfolgte nach Anruf innerhalb von ca. 1 Stunde die Rückmeldung eines Mitarbeiters und Per Team Viewer wurde der Fehler umgehend beseitigt - schnell und kompetent, wie immer.
Für die schnelle Hilfe besten Dank.
