Rückruf kam zeitnah.

Zielführende Beratung, Programmführung verbesserungswürdig
Es bestand das Problem beim Datenbankupdate, das nicht mehr vom Client ausgeführt werden kann.
Das Programm bleibt in der Meldung, man solle den Prozess nicht abbrechen, hängen. In früheren Versionen ging das. Hier wäre die Meldung "bitte vom Server ausführen" mit anschließendem Abbruch sinnvoll.
Da das blaue Fenster systemmodal ist, kann man nicht mit anderen Programmen auf dem Rechner arbeiten.
Es würde sicher auch reichen, wenn es innerhalb von OrgaMax im Vordergrund bleibt.
Das Problem ließ sich durch eine kurze telefonische Anweisung sehr leicht lösen.

Support langsam aber hilfreich
Die angestellte Supportanfrage wurde mit deutlicher Verzögerung bearbeitet, dann aber mit etwas Suchen des zuständigen Mitarbeiters gelöst. Genutzt wurden alle Wege, um mit Deltra in Kontakt zu treten, dies ist nicht zu beschleunigen, ähnlich wie beim Finanzamt, muss man sich gedulden, bis man Antwort erhält.

Da die Beratung und Hilfe aber immer individuell ist und mitunter – je nach Art des Problems – eine gewisse Zeit in Anspruch nimmt, kann es leider hin und wieder zu Wartezeiten kommen.

Guter Support und seit Jahren erfolgreiches Arbeiten mit dem Programm
Wir arbeiten ja schon 10 Jahre mit Orgamax. Wenn mal was hakt, erreicht man den Support regelmäßig schnell und bekommt dort per Mail, Telefon oder Fernsteuerung kompetente Hilfe. Zuletzt hatte ich einen kleinen Fehler entdeckt und gemeldet - der war aber eigentlich schon vorher behoben (ich hatte nur das letzte Update noch nicht geladen). Habe den Hinweis bekommen und alles läuft wieder sauber. Weiter so!
