kleine Problemchen mit großer Wirkung
Manchmal führen die Programme auf dem PC ja scheinbar ihr eigenes Leben und treffen ihre eigenen Entscheidungen, ohne Rücksicht auf den User, der vor dem Bildschirm entsetzt guckt. Gut, wenn man dann Ansprechpartner hat, die kompetent, schnell und zuverlässig helfen. Und die auch nicht genervt sind, wenn es schon das 2 oder 3 mal das selbe ist. Auch wenn man in dem Moment, wo das Programm sein eigenes Ding macht total genervt ist, kann man sich auf die schnelle und professionelle Hilfe des Teams von orgaMAX / deltra Business verlassen.

Detailänderung bei Vorgabe zur Aussenstandsdauer
Unsere Frage zur Änderung bei der Laufzeit der Aussenstandsdauer wurde umfänglich und nachvollziehbar beantwortet. Wir konnten den Hinweis über die Änderung im Anwenderhandbuch nicht finden und konnten nach Beantwortung unserer Frage die Vorgaben wunschgemäß ändern. Sehr schnelle hilfe
Uns wurde sehr schnell geholfen um den Orgamax für 2. Arbeitsplatz auf Mac zu installieren. Auf unserem Beiden mac haben wir natürlich Parallels installiert. Die Installation war sehr schnell und professionell.

Schnell! Präzise! Gelöst!
Danke schön. Nach dem Update tauchten Veränderungen auf, mit denen wir nicht umzugehen wussten. Dies wurde nach Rückfrage bei Orgamax schnell gelöst.
