Sehr zufrieden
Ich bin mit dem ganzen Ablauf von der Anmeldung über die Investition, die Berichterstattung während der Laufzeit und der pünktlichen Rückzahlung zufrieden. Alles bestens gelaufen!!

Bisher: Im Plan
Von 4 Projekten - 4 im Plan zurückbezahlt.
Transparente Updates, Verzögerungen zeitnah kommuniziert. Bisher einwandfrei.
Trotzdem ist Eigenrecherche zu Objekten und Zahlenwerk im Bereich Crowdinvesting mehr denn je notwendig. Bei nur einem Ausfall braucht es 20 gut laufende Investments um das auszugleichen. Selbst dann wäre die Gesamtrendite gering bis null. Asymetrisches Chance-Risikoverhältnis - da sollte nix schief gehen.

Sehr gute Hilfe und Unterstützung
Mein erstes Projekt drohte zu scheitern, weil ich aus Unvermögen/ Dummheit es nicht schaffte, mich zu identifizieren. Dank hervorragender Unterstützung gelang dies dann doch noch schnell, auch wenn ich den Weg über die Post gewählt habe. Mit der Unterstützung und Hilfe bin ich sehr zufrieden.

Vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit mit Zinsbaustein
Ich habe mich sehr über die Rückzahlung mit Zins und Tilgung gefreut. Ein kleines Zubrot zur mageren Rente bei diesem Zinsumfeld um so erfreulicher. Ich werde weiterhin mit Investitiionen die Marke Zinsbaustein unterstützen und wünsche eine erfolgreiche Zeit trotz der Pandemie.

Gute Erfahrung mit Projekten und Rückzahlung
Ich beteilige mich seit Mitte 2017 an mehreren Projekten und bin sehr zufrieden. Alle bisherigen Projekte wurden pünktlich bzw. vorzeitig reibungslos zurückgezahlt.
