Einfach Super !!
Ich investiere immer wieder mal in Projekte die 1-3 Jahre laufen. Habe nur gute Erfahrungen gemacht mit einem Zinssatz zwischen 5,5 % und 7 %.. Werde weiterhin mein Geld hier diversifizieren!

Sicher, einfach, profitabel
Am Anfang war ich ein wenig skeptisch, als mir Zinsbaustein empfohlen wurde. Denn nach dem Investment wurde ich immer vorbildlich über den Stand des Objektes informiert und wie es mit der Einhaltung des Zeitplans aussieht. Die Abwicklung war sehr einfach und schnell und am Ende der Laufzeit wurde der Betrah inkl. Zinsen mit einer unglaublichen Punktlandung zurückgezahlt. Ich würde gerne nochmals investieren, nur ist leider die Nachfrage zu hoch. Zinsbaustein würde ich definitiv allen meinen Bekannten empfehlen.

Crowdinvestments Eppside und Brackel super gelaufen
Mit einer geplanten Laufzeit von gut 18 Monaten wurden Investitionssumme und Zinsen pünktlichst ausgezahlt, dazwischen gab es regelmäßige Informationen zum Baufortschritt. Besser geht es kaum und ist eine Herausforderung für zinsbaustein für die noch laufenden und zukünftigen Projekte.

weil unkompliziert - teils besichert - offen - beste Kommunikation - korrekt und pünktlich !!!

Nicht eine der größten aber eine der besten Crowdfunding Plattformen - in Qualität und fast allen wichtigen Punkten dem Marktführer deutlich überlegen !!!
