Die Leistungsbilanz von Zinsbaustein spricht für sich (100 % Erfolgsquote). Hinzu kommen rentierliche (die aktuelle Verzinsung liegt bei 5,25 %) und (zumindest bislang) krisenfeste Bauprojekte, gepaart mit einer super nutzerfreundlichen Investmentplattform und einem Kundenservice, der seinesgleichen sucht. Insofern sind die 5 Sterne mehr als verdient.

Eine super Sache
ZBS wickelt seine Projekte vorbildlich ab. Die Auswahl ist sorgfältig und bisher gab es nicht die geringsten Probleme. Ich wünsche weiterhin viel Erfolg und bin gerne weiter dabei!
Trotzdem würde ich Crowd Investitionen nicht grundsätzlich empfehlen und man sollte sich den Partner gut aussuchen. ZBS war und ist extrem zuverlässig.

sorgfälltige Auswahl
Zinsbaustein sucht sorgfälltiger aus als gewisse Konkurrenten. Daher glaube ich, dass die Ausfallquote geringer sein wird. Die Bewertung für Zinsbaustein kommt ja nicht von irgendwo......

gute Projektaufbereitung kleine technische Verbesserungen

die Massnahmen sind gut und ehrlich beschrieben.
Weiterführende Infos bekommt man unmittelbar.

Zeichnungsprozess läuft vollautomatisch online incl Video-Ident.

Kleine Verbesserungen an der Optik der website und einzelnen links habe ich schon direkt kommuniziert :)

Seriös aber unkompliziert investieren
Ich habe bereits mehrere Invests über Zinsbaustein plaziert und muss sagen,
dass die Plattform übersichtlich aufgebaut und einfach zu handhaben ist.
Der Auftritt ist seriös und man hat beständig einen raschen Überblick.
Die nötigen Informationen kommen in regelmäßigen Abständen aber ohne
zugeschüttet zu werden.
