Super alternative zum Festgeld
Da mein Festgeldkonto keine Zinsen mehr abwirft und mir der Aktienmarkt zu heiß geworden ist, habe ich mit dem Gedanken gespielt, mir eine kleine vermietete Wohnung zu kaufen. Da ich dafür aber einen Kredit hätte aufnehmen müssen und mir der Verwaltungsaufwand zu hoch wäre, habe ich davon wieder Abstand genommen. Dann habe ich durch einen Bekannten von Zinsbaustein erfahren und habe nach reiflicher Überlegung in das Studentenwohnheim investiert. Mit der Abwicklung und dem Service bin ich sehr zufrieden und bin schon gespannt auf die nächsten Projekte.

Gute Projekte - Auswahl könnte noch größer sein
Webseite ist sehr informativ und die Betreuung durch Email und Telefon zu meiner vollen Zufriedenheit. Würde gerne noch mehr Auswahl an Projekten sehen wollen.
