Nachdem ich die Reifen bestellt hatte, habe ich das Bewertungsprofil der Firma gelesen, und hatte so meine Bedenken, insbesondere da die telefonische Erreichbarkeit nicht gegeben war (100 mal angerufen, immer die gleiche Ansage, dass alle Mitarbeiter im GesprΓ€ch seien). Auf eine email wurde allerdings schnell geantwortet, und die bestellten Reifen sind auch gut verpackt ruckzuck bei uns angeliefert worden.

Katastrophe
Habe "neue" Winterreifen bestellt aber alte bekommen. DOT war 36/19, bestellt am 15.10.2020. Auf meine Anfrage hin kam folgende Antwort:

Nach Rucksprache mit der zustandigen Abteilung wurden wir informiert, dass Reifen auf mit DOT von 2 Jahren sind vollkommen gut, sogar Reifen auf 3 Jahren sind vollkommen gut, große Hersteller geben 5 Jahre Garantie auf die gleiche QualitÀt des Gummis auf einem Reifen, wenn er ordnungsgemÀß konserviert ist, und wir verkaufen Reifen, die nur in spezialisierten Lagern aufbewahrt werden.

Der einzige Grund, warum mehr HΓ€ndler diesen Zeitraum auf 3 Jahre beschrΓ€nken, ist ein Werbespot. Es gibt nichts ΓΌber die QualitΓ€t der Reifen und ihren Gebrauchswert.

Sicher nicht die Antwort die ich erwartet hΓ€tte. Also Finger weg von diesem Anbieter - lieber ein paar Euro mehr aber dafΓΌr Reifen aus der selben Saison.

Sehr unkomplizierte Bestellung, schnelle Antwort auf RΓΌckfrage zum Versand und die Reifen wurden wie vereinbart zum Auto Service transportiert. Etwas lΓ€ngere Lieferzeit, aber das lag eher an DPD.
