Die Lieferung war schnell und präzise.
Die Reifen waren vom Herstellerdatum im gleichen Jahr wie der Kauf. Also das Preis Leistungsverhältnis war sehr gut.

Grabber AT3 Reifen
Ich habe fast 6 Stunden Gebraucht um die 4 Reifen auf die Felgen zu ziehen. Die Reifen wurden 2023 Produziert und zu 100% schlecht gelagert. Die Reifen hatten fast 5cm Luft zur Felge und konnten somit nur sehr sehr schwer aufgepumpt werden mit Spezial Hochdruck und 4 Personen gleichzeitig am Reifen die alles Fest heben mussten. In der Werkstatt hätte ich locker 300€ für die Arbeitszeit und den Aufwand bezahlen müssen. Daher nicht zu empfehlen. Hätte die Reifen zurück geschickt hätte ich nicht unbedingt neue gebraucht!!

Meine bestellten Reifen waren nicht auf Lager und bekam eine Ersatzbestellung.
Die gelieferten Reifen sind genau so , wie man es in der Beschreibung erwartet hatte.
Bin sehr zufrieden mit den Reifen und der Lieferung von GLS.

Pure Enttäuschung

Schlechtester Service ever: "Wo soll ich anfangen? Habe Reifen bestellt, welche dann Lt. Verkäufer doch nicht mehr vorrätig waren. Alternative wurde angeboten, welcher ich zugesagt habe. Geliefert wurden dann zwei richtige und zwei falsche Reifen. Nach mehrmaligen Kontakt mit dem „Support“, versicherte man mir Termine, wo die falschen Reifen abgeholt werden sollten, vergeblich wartete ich zu Hause - kein Kurrier kam. Auch auf die richtigen zwei fehlenden Reifeb warte ich seit Wochen. Ich möchte anmerken es handelt Wisch un Winterreifen, ich kann das Auto seit Wochen auf Grund der Witterungsverhältnisse nicht bewegen. Reaktion vom Händler ? Keine ! Natürlich hat der Händler sein Geld schon erhalten. Letzter Ausweg ist jetzt einen Anwalt zu kontaktieren. Ich empfehle keinem hier zu kaufen. Ihr solltet Euch schämen so einen Händler hier zu bewerben - zumal ich erst durch euren Preisvergleich auf diesen „Laden“ aufmerksam geworden bin. Einmal und nie wieder. Danke für nichts."

Katastrophe !!!!
Die Ware habe ich bis heute nicht erhalten und habe dies am 28.11.2023 reklamiert. Bisher hat man mich nur vertröstet und alles musste nachgefragt werden. Keine Informationen wie es weiter geht. Habe den Fall bei PayPal gemeldet! Nie wieder bestelle ich bei dieser Firma eine katastrophale Abwicklung !
