Ausgezeichneter Shop
Ich bin nun seit knapp einem Jahr ein hochzufriedener Kunde bei Fantasywelt und habe sicher schon einen hohen 4 Stelligen Betrag investiert. Dass passiert bei diesem Shop aber auch verdammt schnell, denn das Sortiment ist aktuell, umfangreich und übersichtlich präsentiert.
Lieferzeiten und Kundenservice sind deutlich über meinen Erwartungen. Ich kann diesen Shop wirklich absolut jedem ans Herz legen und ausnahmslos weiterempfehlen!

Top Service - faire Preise, gute Produkte
Lieferungen immer schnell und zuverlässig. Produkte immer einwandfrei und wenn man mal eine Mail an den Service schickt, erfolgt immer schnell eine Antwort und bisher konnte mir auch immer geholfen werden. Egal ob eine einfache Frage oder das nachträgliche Hinzufügen von Artikeln zu einer Bestellung, die noch nicht raus ging. Habe schon oft dort bestellt und es bisher nie bereut. Daumen hoch!

Außerordentlich guter Onlineshop
-Kampfpreis ohne Ende, da muß sich die Konkurrenz warm anziehen.
-Übersichtliche Shopseite
-Hier finde ich fast alles

Wenn jetzt noch Spiele vom GMT ins Sortiment genommen werden kaufe ich nirgends anders mehr. Da kann mich nur noch mein Geldbeutel zurückhalten.

Maximale Punktezahl für Service, Preis, Schnelligkeit und Kundenkontakt!
Ich habe schon einige Bestellungen bei Fantasywelt getätigt und wurde stets zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit bedient. Selbst bei "Cthulhu Wars", das erst aus den USA bezogen werden musste.

Jetzt muss ich doch mal Danke sagen...
Bin schon seit Jahren Kunde von Fantasywelt. Bisher immer schnelle und zuverlässige Leistung. Sehr kundenfreundlicher Umgang auch bei - den seltenen - Reklamationen bzw. Umbestellungen usw.
Anlass jetzt meiner Bewertung: Morgens um acht Uhr Bestellung eines Brettspiels, welches ich vier Tage später verschenken wollte. In der Bestellung darum gebeten, das Spiel möglichst schnell zu versenden. Ca. eine Stunde später die Versandbestätigung erhalten. DHL lieferte am nächsten Tag um 18 Uhr. Danke! Top!

1+ super Service, sehr freundliche Beratung am Telefon und per E-Mail
Ich kaufe alle meine Brettspiele etc. hier da einfach alles stimmt. Eine Vorbestellung, selbst wenn das Spiel erst 12 Monate später erscheint klappt tadellos. Was soll ich noch schreiben....? Ausprobieren und ,,Happy" sein.

Auch das Team hinter der Website liefert bei Problemen, Fragen oder Änderungen eine 1a arbeit ab. Fantasywelt.de ist immer auf dem neusten Stand, man kann auch Vorbestellungen tätigen und auch die schnelle Bearbeitung von Bestellungen sowie der Versand ist richtig flott. Alles in allem 5 Sterne wert und eine Website, die Vertrauensvoll ist und ich jedem, der sich für so etwas interessiert, sofort empfehlen würde.
