wirklich schnelle und absolut unkomplizierte Bearbeitung eines Kundenwunsches
Ich habe drei Rollenspielbücher als Gesamtlieferung bestellt.
Auf meine Anfrage bezüglich der Angaben zu den Lieferzeiten wurde mir in kürzester Zeit geantwortet.
Und als ich dann meine Bestellung in der Zusammensetzung ändern und zudem mit Teillieferungsoption haben wollte, war das überhaupt kein Problem und zudem im Handumdrehen (inklusive Rückerstattung eines Teilbetrages) erledigt.

Daher mein Fazit: ein grandioses Beispiel für Kundenservice - weiter so.

Klasse Webshop - schnelle Lieferung - sehr freundlich
Ich bin schon seit Jahren zufriedener Kunde bei Fantasywelt. Die Bestellungen laufen immer reibungslos, feundlicher Support und die Artikel werden sehr schnell verschickt.

Klasse Support!
Top Webstore und schnelle Lieferung, erste Klasse. Ich hatte dennoch den Support bemüht, um Infos über ein Produkt zu bekommen. Völlig unkompliziert und zeitnah wurde das Thema abgewickelt. Danke noch mal, Daumen hoch!

Super Support!!!!
Bin auf meiner Suche nach einem neuen Händler meines Vertrauens (mein alter Händler hat aufgegeben) auf Fantasywelt.de gestoßen. Und ich muss sagen, dass ich begeistert bin vom Service. Vom Hersteller verursachte Fehler wurden sofort von Fantasywelt behoben. Mittags telefonisch reklamiert und am nächsten Tag schon die Ersatzlieferung in der Hand. Besser geht!!! Schade, das man nicht mehr Sterne vergeben kann.

Top/flexible Leistung
Habe mit dem Kundenservice immer sehr gute Erfahrungen gemacht. Bestellung umändern, ergänzen, etc. alles war kein Problem, ob am Telefon oder per Mail. Bin sehr zufrieden. Ein kleiner Beisatz, vielleicht wäre es möglich, bei der Auswahl festzuhalten, wieviele von dem einem Produkt im Lager vorhanden sind.

Nachsendung eines fehlenden Bausatzteils
Ich wollte mich bei Euch bedanken für das unkomplizierte und superschnelle Nachsenden eines fehlenden Teils aus einem Infinity-Bausatz! Gestern per Telefon reklamiert, heute war das Teil in der Post. Das nenne ich mal Kundenservice, vielen Dank! Andere sollten sich da mal eine dicke Scheibe abschneiden!

Klasse Store mit super Service
Ich kaufe jetzt schon seit einer Weile immer wieder bei Fantasy-Welt und bin einfach nur zufrieden. Die Ware kommt super schnell und gut verpackt an und der Kundenservice ist wirklich grandios.

Es gibt nichts zu verbessern
Bestelle nun schon seit ein paar jahren hier. Immer top verpackt. Super schnell geliefert und wenn mal ein Problem auftritt immer sehr schneller und sehr freundlich und kompetenter support. Ich kann hier nur lob und Anerkennung aussprechen. So sollen shops sein

Toller und freundlicher Kundenservice
Da bei der letzten Sendung etwas gefehlt hat, habe ich den Kundenservice angeschrieben und innerhalb weniger Tage wurde das Fehlende nachgeliefert. Auch die Antwort auf meine email wurde rasch und freundlich beantwortet. Daran können sich viele ein Beispiel nehmen!
