Schneller Onlineshop
Ich habe nun zum wiederholten Male bei Fantasywelt bestellt. Der Service ist super, man bekommt schnell eine Bestätigung und die Ware wird auch fix versandt. Ideal für Passwortvergesser wie mich, es gibt auch die Möglichkeit, ohne Anmeldung zu bestellen, sogar gegen Vorkasse.

Kommunikation top!!
Kleines Beispiel: Aus irgendeinen Grund hatte ich auf einmal eine viel zu große Mengenangabe der Produkte eingegeben und (dummerweise!) auf die Kaufabwicklung geklickt. Ich schickte sofort eine Mail wegen meines Fehlers an den Kundenservice mit der Bitte auf Korrektur. Nicht nur das meine Mengenangabe sofort korrigiert wurde, auch die Art der Mail die zurück an mich ging, war höflich und fast schon persönlich an mich formuliert. Hatte ich bis her in dieser Form von einem Online - Handel noch nicht erlebt. Absolute super Kommunikation. Zu den Preisen und der Vielfalt der Produkte kann ich mich meinen Vorrednern nur anschließen. Fünf Sterne.

3 Bestellungen, bisher alles super
Bisher nur gute Erfahrungen. Ware geht schnell raus, auf Mailanfrage zu einem Produkt wurde schnell geantwortet. Habe den Eindruck, dass auch nicht nur die üblichen Produktlinien auf Lager gehalten werden sondern auch mal Ausgefalleneres. Freue mich jedenfalls über die ganzen Mech-Miniaturen ;)
Webshop macht nicht sooo die Freude zum stöbern. Wenn man weiß, was man will ist gut, ansonsten sieht ee ein wenig altbacken aus.

FantasyWelt punktet vor allem durch Schnelligkeit. Von der Bestellung bis zum Versand vergehen meist nur wenige Stunden. Auch preislich ist FantasyWelt bei vielen Produkten führend.

Schnell und zuverlässig
FantasyWelt hat eine enorme Auswahl, bei durchweg fairen Preisen. Ab 29 Euro liefern sie versandkostenfrei.
Im Shop kann man sich eine Wunschliste anlegen und Benachrichtigungen per eMail empfangen, wenn ein Artikel lieferbar wird.
Auf Rückfragen wird schnell und kompetent geantwortet.
Wenn ein Artikel mit "lieferbar" gelistet ist, kommt er an, so schnell DHL kann. Bei Lieferfristen "5-10 Tage" oder "2-4 Wochen" kann es auch mal länger dauern. Da ist es hilfreich, dass nach der ersten abgewickelten Bestellung mit Vorkasse auch die Option möglich ist, auf Rechnung zu bestellen.
Wenn ich eine Klage hätte, dann ist die Suchfunktion zu größzügig. Wenn ich wissen will, ob z.B. Centauri Saga im Sortiment ist, kriege ich ale möglichen Treffer (893) zu Miniaturen der SAGA Serie oder Zentauren, aber das Spiel ist nicht dabei. Das ist manchmal etwas lästig, aber davon abgesehen ist FantasyWelt ein richtig guter Onlineshop.
