Verarbeitung schlecht
Das ist der zweite Läufer den wir hier gekauft haben, Preis ist um 10€ gestiegen, Verarbeitung hat sich verschlechtert. Die Umrandung löst sich überall. Nicht zu empfehlen

Ganz gut
Schade, dass man seine Bestellung auf ihrer Seite nicht verfolgen kann.
Wenn man eine Mail erhält, dass in wenigen Stunden die Bestellung bearbeitet wird und man dann Tagelang nichts mehr hört, empfinde ich es schon etwas bedenklich, dass auf Nachfrage eine Belehrung erfolgt, man hat so ein hohes Aufkommen, dass es leider nicht schneller geht!

Zu der Matte: gutes Aussehen, der Stuhl rollt gut .... leider wandert die Matte mit.
Definitiv sollte man doch ein paar Euro mehr in die Hand nehmen, damit Freude aufkommt!

Alles in allem bin ich aber zufrieden 😃

Gute Ware und Leistung
Wir haben 3x Bambusmatten bestellt und waren mit der Lieferung und Leistung jedes mal sehr zufrieden. Wir würden wieder bestellen und hoffen aber lange Freude an den Matten zu haben.
Einzig die Herkunft des Produktes und transparente Wege usw. würde ich mir künftig wünschen, ich hoffe bis dahin dass es immerhin etwas nachhaltig ist im Gesamten und dass Floordirekt hier künftig ggf. (noch?) mehr Augenmerk drauf legt. Daher keine vollen 5 Sterne.
