Funktionell und schön!
Der Bodenbelag ist in unserem Saunabereich im Einsatz.
Dort bewährt er sich hervorragend. Das Material ist so elastisch dass es im Gegensatz zum Vorgänger fest am Platz bleibt.
Wir sind sehr zufrieden.

Die Matten wurden schnell und zuverlässig geliefert und kamen gut an. Sie sind gute Qualität und sitzen sehr schön. Ich würde sie wieder kaufen.

Floordirekt.de ein neuer Geheimtipp! Sehr schöne Tiger-Eye-Struktur. Qualität und Preiss ist unschlagbar. Ein Blickfang in unserer neuen Wohnung. Wir werden wohl noch Ideen für Küche und Kinderzimmer umsetzen.

Wenn ein Bodenbelag schon "Jazz" heißt, gibt es für ein Musikgeschäft wohl kaum eine Alternative.
Bestellung, Zahlung, Lieferung, Kundenservice und die Qualität der Ware. Alles top.

Schnell und ordentlich
Die bestellte Ware kam schnell , gut verpackt und wurde mir sogar in die 4. Etage hoch getragen vom Zustelldienst DPD ( unser Fahrstuhl war defekt )
Auch der Läufer ist so wie wir uns das vorgestellt haben ,die Einfassung des Saumes sehr ordentlich verarbeitet , wenn wir wieder mal Teppichware benötigen - immer wieder bei Floor direkt

Keine Interesse zahlungstreue Kunden zu halten
8 mal Bestellungen gegen Rechnung plaziert. Immer umgehend bezahlt. Neue auf Rechnung Bestellung wurde einfach auf Vorkasse umgestellt. Nach Beschwerde begründete man das mit Vorsichtsmaßnahmen. Dennoch wollte sich die Rechnungsabteilung nochmal melden. Rückmeldung erfolgte nicht , sondern es wurde nochmals die Rechnung mit dem Hinweis zugesendet, zahlung nach Warenerhalt. Ware wurde jedoch nicht gesendet. Mittlerweile kompetenteres Unternehmen gefunden. Bei Floordirekt kaufen wir weder Privat noch gewerblich mehr.
