Sehr geehrter Kunde, Sie haben bei uns einen Kaminbausatz erworben und per Vorkasse bezahlt. Das ist richtig. Von unserem Lieferanten hatten wir anfänglich eine Lieferzeit von ca. 3 Wochen mitgeteilt bekommen. Als uns der Auftrag nun von unserem Lieferanten bestätigt wurde, wurde uns eine unverbindliche Lieferzeit seitens des Herstellers von ca. 20 Wochen mitgeteilt. Die lange Lieferzeit wird durch die hohe Auftragslage des Herstellers, sowie des schwierigen Beschaffungsmarktes begründet. Wir haben Ihen mitgeteilt, dass Sie selbstverständlich aufgrund dessen Ihren Auftrag stornieren können und wir Ihnen den Kaufpreis kurzfristig erstatten. Das wir aktuell telefonisch an einigen Tagen nicht so gut zu erreichen sind, ist durch eine hohe Anzahl an Krankheitsfällen und teilweise Homeoffice begründet. An einem Donnerstag hatten Sie um schriftliche Mitteilung des Liefertermins gebeten, welchen wir uns noch einmal durch den Hersteller bestätigt haben lassen und diesen haben wir Ihnen heute am Montag (nach dem Wochenende) wunschgemäß schriftlich mitgeteilt. In Zeiten von Corona etc. würden wir manchmal doch um ein wenig mehr Verständnis seitens unserer Kunden bitten. Mit freundlichen Grüßen aus der Schleistadt Schleswig, GLo24 GmbH
