Wir haben unsere Stornostaffel an die Empfehlung des Deutschen Reiseverbandes (DRV) angepasst. Es ist ein Trugschluss, zu glauben, dass eine anderweitige Vermittlung der Reise für Sie Stornokosten ausschließen würde. Anders verhält es sich nur, wenn Sie einen Ersatzreisenden benennen würden. In einem solchen Fall entstehen nämlich nur geringe Kosten für eine Umbuchung. Bei der Berechnung unseres Schadens, der mit der Pauschale abgegolten wird, sind u.a. auch der mit der Buchung verbundene Personalaufwand sowie der entstandene Verwaltungsaufwand für Einbuchung und Stornierung, die von uns eingesetzte Technik, Materialkosten, Rücksprachen mit Destinationsleitern und Leistungsträgern vor Ort, Kontingentkorrekturen, entgangener Gewinn u.v.m. berücksichtigt.
