It couldn t be better!
Ich habe das erste Mal bestellt und bin wirklich überrascht! Zum einen die gebotene Vielfalt an englischen Köstlichkeiten und dann die Lieferung… absolut sauber und ordentlichst verpackt. Ich habe wirklich lange nicht mehr ein so liebevoll gepacktes Paket bekommen! Die Qualität der gelieferten Köstlichkeiten sind ja hinlänglich aus dem UK bekannt.

Die leckerste Kohlwurst, die wir je gegessen haben! Hervorragend und sehr gewissenhaft verpackt. Trotz Verzögerung in der Zustellung durch DHL kam die Ware gut gekühlt bei uns an.

Einfach nur Top!
Als jahrelanger Kunde kann ich nur sagen:

Ich kann mich nicht beschweren - 10/10.

Preise sind, im Vergleich zu anderen "England-Shops", einfach nur Top!
Wo andere für eine Dose Limo 2,49 Euro + Pfand verlangen, gibt es hier
das selbe Getränk zwischen 0,99 Euro und 1,49 Euro (+ Pfand).
Auch Süßes und Co. ist wesentlich günstiger als bei der Konkurrenz!
Versand ist auch immer recht schnell!

Einfach nur zu Empfehlen!

3 kg Tee nur drei Monate haltbar
Ende November 2025 habe ich 3 kg PG-Tips (12 x 250g) geliefert bekommen, der nur bis 02/26 haltbar ist. Wie soll ich so viel Tee in nur drei Monaten verbrauchen?
Auf meine Nachfrage wird mir gesagt "Wir können nur weiterschicken, was wir vom Großhändler bekommen, bei uns liegt nichts herum". So ein Quatsch. Wo war der Tee denn in den zwei Jahren, die seit dem Verpacken vergangen sind?
Keinerlei Interesse vorhanden, sich irgendwie mit der Reklamation auseinanderzusetzen!
Auf solche Details kann man achten, bevor man die Ware verschickt.
Das sieht nach Absicht aus. Wir schicken dem Kunden unseren (fast-)Müll, vielleicht merkt er es ja gar nicht?
Hier kaufe ich nichts mehr. Schade.
