Schlechte Lieferung, schlechterer Kundenservice
Die Qualitaet und Vollstaendigkeit der Bestellung hat erheblich durch die mangelhafte Verpackung gelitten. Meine Reklamation wurde weitgehend ignoriert (Anruf meinerseits, email mit der Bitte um Rueckruf wurde nicht entsprochen, ein versprochenes Retourenlabel ist nach einer Woche immer noch nicht angekommen). Kleineres Uebel war, dass die vorgeschriebene Etikettierung nicht erfolgt ist (stattdessen wurden fuer ca. 100 Artikel die Etiketten einzeln zum selber aufkleben mitgeliefert). I don't think so!

Anbei die email von Herrn Heinrichs:
es wundert mich schon, dass ich an diesem einen Tag drei Retouren-Aufkleber verschicke und ausgerechnet Ihrer kommt nicht an. Wobei Sie doch am dringendsten darauf warten.

Ich werde Ihnen heute noch einen Retouren-Aufkleber zusenden. Ich hoffe, dass der Postweg, der normalerweise nur einen von einer Million Briefe verliert, diesmal besser funktioniert.

Besser geht es nicht!
Ich liebe "Michelle's specialities" - hier erhalte ich die Lebensmittel aus Großbritannien, die ich so liebe und die ich in den normalen deutschen Supermärkten nicht finde. Das alles zu ausgesprochen fairen Preisen, sehr geringen Versandkosten (bzw. auch ohne Versandkosten). - Und kaum habe ich die Lebensmittel bestellt, sind sie auch schon geliefert. Danke!
