Ware ok, Lieferung eine reine Frechheit
Leider war es schon mal so, dass ich mit dem Unternehmen Wochennmach der Bestellung Kontakt aufnehmen musste, da weder Ware versandt noch ein Logistiklink bereitgestellt wurde.

Begründung: Ware im 5Liter Behälter wird als Gefahrengut deklariert. Lösung war dann nicht schwierig und vom Unternehmen vorgeschlagen: 5 x 1Liter Einheiten versenden. Gut also schon mal stark verspätet doe Ware erhalten.

ABER: Dass Waschbenzin (also die 5 x 1L) in einem schwindligen Karton und jede Flasche genau 1x mit Papier (sonst nix) umwickelt versendet wird ist eine bodenlose Frechheit.

Resultat war dass von 5 Flachen genau 1 nicht !massiv! zerbeult war. ... So jetzt mag man dem Spediteur die Schuld geben, ... von mir aus ... aber jeder weiß wie Paket behandelt werden, da sollte man mit schon wenig Grips es schaffen derartige Ware vernünftig zu verpacken. Gott sei Dank ist nichts passiert.

Sehr schnelle Lieferung- alles gut
Die Bestellung war wirklich sehr schnell da und alles lief problemlos. Die Versandkosten waren allerdings für die Kleinigkeit die ich bestellt hatte sehr hoch. Ansonsten bin ich aber sehr zufrieden.

Wärmflasche
Die Wärmflasche ist genauso wie in der Beschreibung.
Der Versand erfolgte zeitnah.
Die Verpackung war gut.
Lediglich die Versandkosten erscheinen mir etwas hoch, aber das weiß man ja schon vor der Bestellung.

Kundenbetreuung ist leider mangelhaft
Medicalcorner24 war in der Vergangenheit ein sehr zuverlässiger Händler. Die letzten beiden Lieferungen waren jedoch mangelhaft.

Bei Lieferverzug wird der Kunde nicht informiert und nur auf Anfrage erhält man Auskunft. Ich warte nun schon seit Wochen auf meine Gutschrift für den stornierten Artikel.

Die Gutschrift würde automatisch erstellt werden. Musste mich jetzt aber schon zwei Mal beschweren. Darüber hinaus fehlte ein Artikel in der Lieferung. Es dauert ewig bei einer Reklamation sein Geld zu bekommen.
