wir können Ihren Unmut einerseits verstehen. Es kann aber leider immer mal vorkommen, z.B. aufgrund hoher Nachfrage, dass manche Artikel kurzfristig vergriffen sind. Wir informieren sofort und i.d.R. sind diese immer innerhalb der angegebenen Zeiten bei dem Kunden. Andererseits sollten Sie berücksichtigen, dass bei Artikeln auch unterschiedliche Lieferzeiten existieren. Siehe Status. Auch bei Ihren Artikeln war das der Fall. Daher ärgerlich, aber Sie sollten immer informiert gewesen sein. Beste Grüße Ihr PETpoint-Charly Team

Umtausch von Hundefutter
Hundefutter wurde von meinen Hunden nicht vertragen und ohne Komplikationen umgetauscht. DANKE.

Enttäuschter Kunde

Völlig entgleiste Abwicklung ohne Entschuldigung
Ware wurde am 13.02. bestellt und per paypal bezahlt. Versand wurde ohne jegliche Entschuldigung erst nach Reklamation vom 22.01.17 veranlasst. Geht gar nicht!

Lieber Kunde, das hört sich in der Tat nicht schön an. Wir gehen hier auch der Sache nach. In der Tat war Green Valley kurzfristig vergriffen. Im GELB Status. Dadurch der Verzug. Genial !!!!!
Als erst muss man den Service bei PETpoint- Charly loben ob telefonisch oder per E-Mail war der Kontakt zum Kunden bestens.
Eine Hundebürste die nicht gerade billig aber jeden Cent wert ist kann ich nur empfehlen, damit wird das lästige bürsten ein Vergnügen für Tier und Mensch

Ich bin ja so was von begeistert....
Besser könnte es nicht sein, sehr freundliche und kompetente Kommunikation mittels e-Mail bei sehr kurzen Antwortzeiten. Habe die Lieferung 2 Tage nach Bestellung erhalten und das nach Italien!!! So einen Service habe ich noch nie erlebt! Und vielen Dank für die Überrschung!!! Ich werde mit Sicherheit wieder bei Petpoint-Charly bestellen und kann es jedem weiter empfehlen! Super macht weiter so!

Super Sache!
Ich hab zum ersten Mal dort bestellt. Leider war eine Sorte meines bestellten Futters nicht verfügbar. Das Geld wurde aber direkt zurück gegeben und der Rest der Bestellung direkt verschickt. Super schneller Versand und bei Fragen per E-Mail prompte Antwort und Hilfe!
