Falsch Bilder auf der Website
Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,

ich habe die Sämereien auf der Zuckermelone Hale's Best Jumbo bestellt (Bestellung Nr. 100025702). Auf Iher Website, gibt es ein Demeter Logo auf dem Bild deshalb glaubte ich der Artikel ist von Demeter Qualität.

Nur wann das Produckt hat eingetroffen, habe ich das Bild auf Iher Website falsch gefunden. Bitte korrigieren das Bild (Art-Nr.: RS3507).

Anderenfalls ist alle super.

vielen Dank für Deine gute Bewertung und den Hinweis. Leider ist es tatsächlich manchmal schwierig, die Bilder aktuell zu halten. Unsere Bio-Lieferanten füllen regelmäßig ab und teilweise ist das Saatgut dann leider nicht in Demeter-Qualität sondern "nur" in Bio-Qualität erhältlich. In diesen Fällen versuchen wir zwar, die Bilder auf unserer Website auch immer aktuell zu halten, aber schaffen das nicht immer.

Keimschale aus Ton
alles bestens, außer die Sendungsverfolgung, aber das ist ja vermutlich Fehler der Post.
Der Ort des Einscannens ist gar nicht erschienen und der Zeitpunkt und Standort der Sendung hat sich nicht bewegt. Plötzlich kam die Nachricht, das Paket werde am nächsten Tag ausgeliefert.
Ware ist toll, Versenden ging superschnell. Danke.
