Bumpy ride
Die Abholung war leicht verspätet. Fahrt von Jandia bis Flughafen Fuerteventura knappe zwei Stunden. Für mich als 2-Meter-Mensch war die Enge im Kleinbus schwierig. Dazu kam - dafür kann aber der Veranstalter nichts - der schlechte Zustand der Straßen (Schlaglöcher, Bodenschwellen und Kreisverkehre), wodurch bei der zügigen Fahrweise viel Hin- und Her- und Auf- und Ab-Gewackel kam. Kurz vorm Flughafen stieg dann meine Übelkeit bedrohlich an und hätte sich wenige Minuten später ihren Ausweg gesucht...

Plus: zuverlässiger Transfer, zeitig am Flughafen, günstiger Preis, Buchung noch vier Tage vor Abfahrt möglich
Minus: enger Sitz, Fahrstil und Straßen --> Übelkeit

Hat alles prima geklappt.
Einzige Verbesserung: Es wäre toll, wenn die Abholzeit beim Rücktransport per Email am Vortag gesendet werden würde.

Alles super!
Alles hat sehr gut geklappt, ich war sehr positiv überrascht. Ich wurde überall abgeholt und sogar in den Flughafen gebracht!

Transfer
Der Transfer vom Flughafen hat gut geklappt.
Im Hotel bekam ich leider keine Nachricht zur Abholzeit. Ich musste erst telefonieren. Normalerweise bekommt man die Zeit doch automatisch einen Tag vor Abreise mitgeteilt. Das fand ich nicht so schön.

vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback. Abhängig vom Zielgebiet wird die Abholzeit per Fax ins Hotels gesendet oder es steht eine Servicenummer zur Verfügung.

Es hat alles gut geklappt, jedoch wurde uns erst nach telefonischer Rückfrage eine Uhrzeit für den Rücktransfer genannt
Es hat alles gut geklappt, jedoch fehlten unsere Namen in der Liste für den Rücktransfer "Hotel -> Flughafen" die extra im Hotel von vtours auslag (es gab auch schon Daten für spätere Rückreisetermine als unseren, jedoch nicht für unseren Tag).
Auf unsere Rückfrage an der Rezeption kontaktierte die freundliche Dame die entsprechende Telefonnummer auf dem Voucher und konnte so unsere Abfahtzeit für den Rücktransfer erfragen.
Im Endeffekt hat alles gut funktioniert und die telefonische Anfrage ist (erst recht in unserem Fall) kein großer Aufwand, allerdings könnte man dies sicherlich per E-Mail oder evtl. auch SMS noch bequemer lösen.

Transfer Palma/Cala Ratjada
Vielen Dank für den reibungslosen Transfer. Als ich in Palma ankam wartete der Chauffeur bereits auf mich. Der Bus war sehr sauber, der Fahrer sehr freundlich. Seine Fahrweise gefiel mir sehr gut, es war eine angenehme Fahrt. Ebenso das gleiche auf der Rückfahrt zum Flughafen. Die Abfahrt am Hotel war pünktlich so wie avisiert. Gerne wieder!

Perfekter Transferservice
...einfacher geht es nicht! Sowohl die Buchung im Internet, als auch der Ablauf bei Ankunf am Flughafen, waren sehr übersichtlich und einfach. Der Schalter von vtours/Urlaubstransfers war einfach zu finden und der Shuttlebus stand schon zur Abfahrt bereit. Die Abholung im Hotel war sehr pünktlich und beide Fahrer waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. PRIMA!
