Super Service
Wir hatten auf dem Transfer zum Hotel höchstens 30 Min. Wartezeit.
Der Transfer zum Flughafen war super pünktlich beide Busfahrer war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Wir werden immer wieder mit Ihnen fahren.

Teuer und nicht dienstleistungsorientiert
Ein nicht vorbestelltes Taxi wäre ca. 27,00 € billiger gewesen. Bei Ankunft in der Flughalle musste nach dem Anbieter lange gesucht werden. Dann gab es eine umfangreiche Diskussion über den Zielort, da angeblich eine andere Buchungsmaske hätte benutzt werden müssen.

Alles wunderbar, bis auf ...
... die Tatsache, dass wir fast eineinhalb Stunden auf weitere Transfergäste warten mussten, bis es endlich losging. Bei der Hitze von fast 40 Grad natürlich kein Vergnügen und man möchte ja gerne in sein Hotel. Das sollte besser organisiert sein. Aber alles in allem waren wir zufrieden. Der Bus war relativ neu und sauber. Es gab auch kalte Getränke an Bord (Wasser, Cola, Fanta - je 1 Euro). Die Fahrer waren nett, konnten aber kein Deutsch - das ist aber nicht weiter schlimm - schließlich können wir auch nur ein paar Brocken türkisch :-) Der Preis ist unschlagbar und aufgrund dieser Tatsache würden wir auf jeden Fall "Urlaubstransfers" uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und buchen hier auch wieder!

Nie wieder
Wartezeit am Flughafen hat fast 2 Studen gedauert. Die Abholung für die Rückreise wurde um 15.50 Uhr geplant und schriftlich bestätigt. Um 13.00 Uhr stand plötlich der Fahrer da mit einem Zettel in der Hand. Auf dem Zettel stand die Uhrzeit: 13.10. Also , fast drei Stunden früher, als mir gesagt wurde. Ich musste dann dringend den Strand verlassen und mich in 5 minuten fertig machen. Vielen Dank für die verlorene Zeit.

Den Transfer würde ich immer wieder buchen . Es ist alles problemlos abgelaufen.
Am Schalter wurde uns mitgeteilt welche Busnummer wir aufsuchen müssen und als wir den Bus gefunden haben , wurden unsere Koffer vom Fahrer entgegen genommen.
Der Bus ist klimatisiert und der Fahrer bringt einen bis zur Eingangstür des Hotels.

Transfer zum Hotel
Sind in Amsterdam gelandet und fanden niemanden auf der uns ins Hotel bringen könnte, gingen hinaus um draußen zu suchen bei Regen. Musste mein Reisebüro anrufen und nachfragen wo unser Fahrer sei, Antwort kam prombt ob wir keine Email bekommen haben wegen Transfer. Habe es verneint und er schickte mir erst am Ankunftstag die WICHTIGEN Transfer Informationen wo wir abgeholt werden. War nicht sehr schön.
