Alles bestens organisiert
Wir hatten einen Transfer ab/bis Agadir Flughafen. Der Fahrer war gut erkennbar und für die Rückfahrt haben wir 3 Tage vorher die Abholzeit in das Hotel mitgeteilt bekommen. Alles pünktlich und komfortabel!

Hat alles gut geklappt
Vielen Dank, wir sind sowohl bei der Hin-, als auch der Rückfahrt zügig und gut abgeholt und befördert worden. Die Fahrer waren freundlich, wir nutzen Ihren Service gerne wieder. Lediglich der zweite Fahrer hätten ein wenig defensiver fahren können.

Leider nicht so prickelnd
Zugegeben, hier kam etwas mehr als nur der reine Transfer hinzu, Vorab mussten wir ca. 1,5 Stunden im Flieger in Düsseldorf warten, weil ein Teil ausgetauscht werden musste. Daher waren wir natürlich etwas "vorgeschädigt" und wollten eigentlich nur noch flott ins Hotel.

Als Direktfahrt hätten wir ne knappe Stunde einplanen müssen für den Transfer.

Aber leider ging es nicht so schnell wie erhofft. Nach Landung auf Kreta (Heraklion) lief noch alles reibungslos. Den Schalter vom Shuttle haben wir sofort finden können und die Agent war super nett und konnte uns auf deutsch auch zum Bus begleiten. Er hat uns dann noch erklärt, dass wir die letzten Gäste auf der Route sind und wir an einer Weggabelung in ein Taxi umsteigen müssen, um zum Hotel zu kommen.

Nach ca. 1, 5 Stunden Fahrt waren wir dann an der eigentlichen Gabelung angekommen. Von dieser Gabelung wären es bis zu unserem Hotel noch 11 Minuten (wir haben den Transfer per Google mitverfolgt) gewesen. Aber auf einmal teilte uns der Fahrer mit, dass er noch jemanden abholen muss (warum auch immer, konnte er nicht sagen), bevor wir in das angekündigte Taxi umsteigen können.

Also fuhren wir an der Gabelung ca. 20 Minuten in eine komplett andere Richtung, um eine Person in einem anderen Dorf abzuholen. Dies bedeutete nochmal 20 Minuten zurück zur Gabelung, dann umsteigen ins Taxi (worauf wir dann auch nochmal warten musssten), um dann zum Hotel zu kommen. Wir haben es gerade noch zum Abend-Buffet geschafft, wofür wir noch 30 Minuten Zeit hatten. Ein schlechter Start in die Flitterwochen.

Hinzu kam, dass der Bus nicht klimatisiert war.

Alles in allem also enttäuschend - und da wir unsere Flitterwochen in einem 5 Sterne plus Ressort verbracht haben, hat der Transfer nicht zum Hotel gepasst. Das Hotel hat aber Gott sei Dank entschädigt :-)
Entsprechend haben wir uns den Rücktransfer gespart und uns ein Mietwagen genommen.

Ggf. kommt uns Urlaubstransfers bei Erstattung der Kosten für den Mietwagen entgegen..

Herakilon - Hotel
Problemlose online Buchung. Flughafen und Hotel wurde prompt angezeigt und für den Wunschtermin gebucht. Es gab eine Bestätigung per Mail.
Transfer vom Flughanfen zum Hotel hat auch wunderbar geklappt.
Aber es gab im Vorfeld keine weiteren Infos, wie der Transfer vom Flughafen zum Hotel funktioniert.
Bis wir dann den entsprechenden Anbieter gefunden haben verging viel Zeit.
