Abholzeit wurde nicht bekanntgegeben
Wie buchten einen Transfer vom Hotel zum Flughafen. Auf der Bestätigung stand, dass entweder ein Email oder eine Nachricht an der Rezeption mit der Abholzeit kommt. Eine derartige Information kam bis zum Abholtag nicht, somit mussten wir im Büro in Varadero anrufen und die Zeit abfragen. Das sollte eigentlich nicht sein

Transfer vom Flughafen ins Hotel mit kleinem Bus war perfekt, Rückfahrt mit einem großen Reisebus dauerte leider 2 mal länger.

Abholung 4,5 Stunden vor Flug ????

Unsere Buchungsnummer 50361639
Wir finden es nicht Urlauberfreundlich, eine Zumutung 4,5 Stunden vor Start des Fluges vom Hotel abgeholt zu werden. Beim Transfer vom Flughafen zum Hotel wurden wir ca.300 m entfernt vom Hotel ausgesetzt.
Abholung 8:25 Flug 12:55 . Mit im Bus Touristen deren Flug 11:25 startete.
Man muss allerdings sagen , die Fahrt zum Flughafen war sehr gut und die Fahrerin macht einen sehr guten Job.
Wenn man die Abholung besser organisieren könnte hätte man rundum zufriedene Kunden.

Die Zeiten werden von unserer Agentur vor Ort geplant und organisiert. Wir haben darauf keinen Einfluss, können Ihr Feedback aber gerne weitergeben. Auf Mallorca werden meist viele Hotels angefahren, daher empfhielt es sich einen Speey Shuttel oder einen Privat Transfer zu buchen, um eine längeren Transfer zu vermeiden.

Transfer von PMI nach Cala Millor und zurück
Alles bestens gelaufen, einzig die lange Fahrzeit ist nicht schön weil der Bus endlos viele Stationen anfahren muß.
