Reibungslos
Nach Ankunft am Flughafen von Rhodos sah ich recht schnell das Logo von urlaubstransfers. Die Mitarbeiterin sprach sogar deutsch. Der Shuttlebus fuhr nach ca. 30 min los. Bin problemlos am Hotel angekommen und super zufrieden. Werde bei Bedarf wieder dort buchen.

Guter Service
Von der Buchung bis zum Empfang in Palma und den Fahrer stimmte alles. Wir haben uns nur über den großen Doppelstockbus für sechs Personen gewundert.

Leider eine große Katastrophe
Aufgrund von PC Problemen wurden alle vertröstet am Terminal zu warten bevor man mir endlich eine Bus Nummer zuteilen konnte.

Alle recht Ratlos!

Nach der Landung vergingen mehr als 1,5 Stunden bis der Bus startete.

Zuverlässiger perfekter Service, sehr empfehlenswert
Beide Transfers (Flughafen - Hotel und später wieder zurück) liefen einwandfrei ab. Hin waren wir alleine, zurück zusammen mit einem anderen Paar. Sauberer Mercedes Kleinbus, freundlicher Fahrer, der einem gleich das Gepäck aus der Hand nahm. Überpünktlich.
Der Treffpunkt im Ankunfsbereich des Flughafens ist leicht zu finden.
Was für ein Vergnügen, wenn man mit Massen-Pauschaltransfers vergleicht wo man stundenlang von Hotel zu Hotel zuckelt. Wir hatten "speedy shuttle" gebucht und werden das jederzeit wieder tun.

Shuttle Transfer New York
Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,

nach Ankunft in New York und den Einreiseformalitäten mussten wir noch über 1 Stunde auf den Shuttle Transfer warten. Nach 45 Minuten haben wir uns dann nochmal an den Ground Transportation Desk gewandt und uns nach dem Shuttle erkundigt. Nach einem Telefonat der dortigen Mitarbeiterin wurde uns gesagt, dass wir noch ca. 20 bis 30 Min. warten müssten. Der Service war nach der lange Reise nicht optimal.

Immer wieder gern!
Seit Jahren reise ich in kurzen Abständen in die Türkei und buche meine Transfers stets mit diesem Anbieter, mit dem ich immer gute Erfahrungen gemacht habe (pünktlich und zuverlässig, noch dazu freundliche Fahrer).
