Klasse Urlaub
Können uns nicht beklagen es waren Nette und Höfliche Fahrer. Sie waren pünktlich nahmen uns sogar das Gepäck ab und verstauen es selbst

Der Transfer hat prima geklappt.
Auch die Fahrer waren höflich und zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit.

wir haben bestimmt 4-5 mal ihr unternehmen in anspruch genommen wie immer besten wir hatten noch nie ein problem und haben für oktober wieder bei ihnen gebucht

Flughafentransfer
Diesmal hat es wie immer super geklappt mit der Abholung.
Das einzige was ich festgestellt habe ist das am Sonnabend und am Sonntag niemand ans Telefon gegangen ist auch nicht die Notfannnummer. Habe aber dann gesehen man kann auch per E-Mail die Abholzeit nachfragen. Aber was macht der Kunde der kein Internet hat?

Transfer vom Hotel in Havanna zum Flughafen
Ganzen Tag davor versucht telefonisch Kontakt aufzunehmen,keiner hat aufgehoben.Schliesslich über Varadero Kontakt aufgenommen,sollten zurückrufen,hat auch nicht geklappt und schliesslich falsche Abholzeiten verstanden.
Wir mussten mit Taxi zum Flughafen fahren und 30 CUC dafür zahlen.

Pünktlich-Freundlich-Zügig---> Alles Supper
Ich wurde am Flughafen freundlich in Empfang genommen. Pünktlich ging es schnell in mein Hotel. Der Rücktransfer war genauso problemlos. Toll!!!
