Der Transfer vom Hotel zum Flughafen war vorbildlich. Kann nur empfohlen werden. Würden wir jederzeit wieder in <anspruch nehmen.

Anreise prima, zurück eher eine Zumutung
Wir haben eine Transfer von Palma nach Alcudia gebucht. Wir mussten auf dem Flughafen etwas suchen, bis wir den richtigen Schalter gefunden hatten, konnten dann jedoch ohne Probleme noch zwei Radkoffer nachbuchen und es ging dann gleich los. Die Anreise war auch fast direkt zum Hotel, alles prima.

Die Abreise war eine Zumutung. Unser Flug ging um 09:30 Uhr und wir wurden um 05:00 Uhr abgeholt und fuhren ewig durch die Insel, um weitere Gäste abzuholen. Und das Schlimmste war, dass der Busfahrer trotz mehrfacher Bitten nicht die Heizung angestellt bzw. die Klimaanlage ausgestellt hat. Ich weiß nicht, ob er nicht wollte oder nicht konnte, wir waren jedenfalls nach 2,5 h (!!!!) völlig tiefgekühlt am Flughafen und unser kleiner Sohn hatte auch direkt eine Erkältung im Anschluss. Das nächste mal würde ich wahrscheinlich wieder eher einen Mietwagen nehmen.

Hin gut, zurück so lala....
Also der Transfer hin hat eigentlich gut geklappt, außer dass die Wartezeit zwischen Ankunft am Novissima-Schalter und Abfahrt ins Hotel sehr lange gedauert hat. Aber das war okay.

Die Rückreise war hingegen nicht in Ordnung. Angekündigt war unsere Rückreise für 13:45. Wir waren um 13:30 am Hoteleingang und haben gewartet. Der Bus von Novissima kam und kam nicht. Um 14 Uhr habe ich über das Hotel bei Novissima anrufen lassen. Ergebnis: der Bus war wohl schon da. Wir haben allerdings jeden Bus angesehen und keine Info von Novissima gefunden. Ausgerufen wurden wir auch nicht - und wir standen direkt dort, wo alle Busse gehalten haben.
Der Fahrer wurde dann allerdings benachrichtigt und hat uns doch abgeholt. Dann wurde auch klar, warum wir den Bus nicht gefunden hatten. Es stand nichts mit Novissima auf dem Bus sondern ein Alltours-Schild. Davon wussten wir nichts zumal der hintransfer von einen Novissima-Bus durchgeführt wurde.
Es hat alles noch geklappt, trotzdem ist noch etwas Luft nach oben!

Wie bestellt war auch ein KindersItze da.

SEHR GUT GEKLAPPT
Abholung vom Airport und Transfer gut organisiert, obgleich fast 3 Stunden- durch die vielen Zwischenstops- bis nach Cala Ratjada. Abholung vom Hotel bestens und pünktlich in nur 1,5 Stunden am Airport. Optimal
