Wie immer war der Service von Urlaubstransfers perfekt - da gab es bisher noch nie was zu beanstanden (und es sind nun schon einige Male, die ich mit diesem Transfer von Antalya nach Side und zurück gefahren bin). Günstig und empfehlenswert!

Alles gut geklappt
Der Transfer vom Flughafen zum Hotel und wieder zurück hat reibungslos geklappt. Alles zügig und schnell. Der Bus war nicht überfüllt und sehr pünktlich gerade bei der Abholung. Immer gern wieder.

schlechtester Transfer den wir je hatten
Abholung vom Hotel war die reinste Katastrophe. Fahrer erscheint mit Beifahrer in einen 7 Sitzer um 6 Personen mit 6 Koffern, 6 mal Handgepäck und drei Zusatzkoffer (1,10m x 1,0m) in einem Mercedes Vito abzuholen. Fahrer sprach weder deutsch noch englich und bestand darauf das er uns nicht mit samt dem Gepäck befördern kann. Nach einigen hin und her kam einer unserer Mitreisenden und fünf unser Gepäckstücke in einem TUI-Bus unter, der zur gleichen Zeit andere Reisende am Hotel abholte.

Es geht auch anders wenn man will: Vom Flughafen zum Hotel, 6 Personen mit 6 Koffern, 6 mal Handgepäck und drei Zusatzkoffer (1,10m x 1,0m) in einem Mercedes Vito und gut gelaunten, angagierten und experementierfreudigen Fahrer, incl. Zwischenstop am Supermarkt,

Leider musste ich mich um die Abholzeit selber kümmern, da die angekündigte Mail 48h vorher nicht angekommen ist. Sonst Top!

Hat mit Abstrichen alles geklappt.
Bustransfer in Punta Cana.
Hintransfer: Wir haben unseren Bus mithilfe des Personals vor Ort sofort gefunden. Uns wurde gesagt, wir sind in spätestens 45 Minuten alle im Hotel. Leider hat es 1 Stunde 30 gedauert, aber wir kamen problemlos an.
Rücktransfer: Unsere Abholzeit war 11:55 Uhr, also begaben wir uns gegen 11:50 Uhr zur Rezeption. Da wartete der Busfahrer bereits und wie wir erfuhren, haben die dort schon länger gewartet so wie bei den anderen Hotels davor. Dieser Transfer war also zeitlich nicht gut organisiert. Auch saß ich auf einem provisorischem Sitz zwischen Fahrer und Beifahrer auf dem ich mich nicht anschnallen konnte.
Ansonsten hat der Transfer jedoch ohne Probleme geklappt und wir waren auch 3 Stunden vor Abflug dort, somit hatten wir ausreichend Zeit für alle Ausreisemodalitäten.

Hat alles bestens geklappt. Keine lange Wartezeit am Flughafen und auch bei der abreise war der Fahrer pünktlich. Ich würde definitiv noch mal buchen.
