Beim spielen ist mein Asus ROG plötzlich abgestürzt. Beim starten kam plötzlich eine Fehlermeldung und ich wusste nicht was ich machen sollte. Mein kolleg hat mir Malison empfohlen. Zuerst war ich ein bisschen skeptisch, denn ich hatte sehr viel Geld für den Laptop investiert. Als ich bei Malison war hat man mich beruhigt und mir wurde alles in ruhe erklärt. Der Notebook Techniker war sehr freundlich & kompetent. Durch sein Fachwissen hat er mich überzeugt den Laptop bei Malison reparieren zu lassen.
2 Tage später bekam ich ein anruf, mein Laptop sei abholbereit! Als ich dort in der Filiale war hat man mir erklärt was defekt war und weshalb der schaden entstanden ist.

Wasserschadenbehandlung
Ich habe meinen MSI GE60 aufgrund eines Wasserschadens in die Obhut von Malison gegeben. Leider konnte mein Geraet nicht wieder repariert werden und musste mir ein neues kaufen. Glücklicherweise gab es einen Rabatt auf das neue Gerät und auf die Datenübertragung. Schade fand ich nur, dass es so lange auch gedauert hat (vom 20.11.2016 bis 3.1.2017), weil zudem ein Mainboard bestellt wurde, welches nicht zu meinem MSI passte. Im großen und Ganzen bin ich dennoch recht zu Frieden, ich denke es war noch die beste Möglichkeit und hier wurde im Sinne des Kunden gehandelt. Ich hab in der Zeit fast jeden Mitarbeiter kennengelernt und alle sind sehr freundlich gewesen.
