Gute Rendite bei guter, transparenter Infobereitstellung
Ich habe mehrere Investments bei Zinsbaustein und stocke nach Rückzahlung immer wieder gerne auf mein persönliches Limit auf.

Klein, aber fein - gute Ergänzung
Ich habe bislang durchweg positive Erfahrungen mit Zinsbaustein gemacht. Es gab noch keine Ausfälle und im Falle von verspäteten Zahlungen ist die Kommunikation seitens Zinsbaustein einwandfrei. Das Angebot könnte gerne etwas größer sein, die Anzahl der Projekte ist noch ziemlich überschaubar. Andererseits spricht das (hoffentlich!) auch für eine umfangreiche Prüfung/Selektion der Projekte...

Klein aber fein
Ich habe bisher (Stand Juli 2021) in 9 Entwicklungsprojekte auf Zinsbaustein investiert. Davon läuft 1 noch. Von den anderen 8 wurden 7 vorzeitig oder pünktlich zurückgezahlt, 1 leicht verspätet (5 Wochen), dafür aber mit Verzugszinsen und man wurde auch seitens des Projektentwicklers bzw. Zinsbaustein so gut es ging über die Gründe und den aktuellen Stand informiert.

Ich streue meine Anlagen über verschiedene Plattformen und war mit den meisten auch schon per Mail oder Telefon in persönlichem Kontakt und gebe speziell in diesem Servicebereich Zinsbaustein den Spitzenplatz. Sie antworten schnell, offen und überaus freundlich.

Dass Zinsbaustein weniger und oft etwas niedriger verzinste Projekte als andere Plattformen anbietet, kann man zwar bedauerlich finden, erkläre ich mir aber dadurch, dass die Sicherheiten, die man den Projektentwicklern abverlangt, bei Zinsbaustein etwas höher sind als bei den meisten anderen, was insgesamt dann natürlich ein großer Pluspunkt ist, und wohl auch erklärt, warum bei dieser Plattform meines Wissens noch nie ein Projekt ausgefallen ist. 5,25 % Zinsen zu bekommen ist besser als auf 6,5 % zu hoffen und dann einen Totalverlust zu erleiden.

Jeder potenzielle Anleger sollte sich generell immer des Risikos bewusst sein, dass ein Totalverlust nicht ausgeschlossen ist, aber wer sich prinzipiell für diese Geldanlageform entscheidet, ist bei Zinsbaustein in der Immobilien-Crowdfunding-Landschaft des deutschsprachigen Raums so ziemlich am besten aufgehoben.

Es erfolgte eine fristgemäße, zeitnahe Rückzahlung inkl. der versprochenen Zinsen.
Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit der Abwicklung und kann daher Zinsbaustein empfehlen.

Zinsbaustein: Immer eine Beachtung wert!
Bei Ziinsbaustein wurde ich bisher nicht enttäuscht. Die Abwicklung ist problemlos einfach und die Rückzahlungen, bis auf ein Investment verlaufen auch unproblematisch. Die Steuerbescheinigungen werden auch korrekt zur Verfügung gestellt. Also immer einen Blick wert, wenn man investieren möchte.
