Investition in eine Immobilie
Im Laufe des Projeks wurde ich über den Stand immer informiert. Es gab keine Schwierigkeiten. Die Auszahlung war rechtzeitig. Ich bin mit der Abwicklung sehr zufrieden.

Rückzahlung von Projekten
Ich habe bisher nur positive Erfahrungen mit Zinsbaustein gemacht. Die Projekte wurden alle fristgerecht oder vorzeitig zurückgezahlt. Fragen wurden immer schnell und kompetent beantwortet.

Wenn das Darlehen fristgerecht zurückgezahlt wird ist für mich alles in Ordnung. Zwischendurch gab es auch nichts zu besprechen.

Wieder etwas überpünktlich
Das war nun meine zweite Rückzahlung von Zinsbaustein und wieder kam das Geld etwas früher als erwartet. Um die drei noch laufenden Projekte mache ich mir deshalb keine Sorgen. Das Prüfungsverfahren scheint hier in Ordnung, lieber nicht so viele Projekte, dafür aber qualitativ optimiert.
Die Zeitspanne von der Vorankündigung bis zur Projektfreischaltung ist leider oftmals sehr, sehr lang. Es führt häufig dazu, dass ich zwar vorgemerkt bin, aber mein Pulver dann schon anderweitig verschossen habe. Schade drum.

Gute Abwicklung und Status Updates
Rundum gute Abwicklung, von Vertragsschluß, Einzahlung, Statusmeldungen während der Laufzeit bis zur (vorzeitigen) Auszahlung.
Aktuell keine Verbesserungsvorschläge, gerne werde ich wieder einmal in ein Projekt von Zinsbaustein investieren.
