Excellent

We've had our Acala smart filter for a few years now and we really love it. It's actually a beautiful looking filter unlike so many others and the water is delicious. My father, who is a 'super-taster' and has tried a lot of different filters, thinks it's the best water he has ever tasted.

Another great thing about it is that the system is completely modular, so if one part breaks or has an issue, it can be easily replaced. We recently changed our filter tap to the stainless steel one and we love it.

The final thing that we simply HAVE to mention is the wonderful customer service. We absolutely can't praise it enough really. The team is so warm and friendly and you honestly feel like you are their only customer, despite the fact that they have a huge customer base. Every interaction is a pleasure :-)

All in all, we recommend it so very highly and are really so happy to be part of the Acala global family :-)
