I bought 4 tires, 2 of them reached me, 2 of them did not reach me.
Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
I bought 4 tires from you. when I bought it, it was written that it would reach me on 13 - 14 June, yes 1 package (2 pieces on 13 or 14 June) reached me, the other 2 tires still did not reach me, I made an appointment from the tire shop for last week, I had to cancel it. My car had a TÜV control of the tires and other small items. they caused problems in places. I need to change the tires as soon as possible. The permission granted within this week is coming to an end. I have to re-enter TÜV. I kindly request you to do what is necessary for the tires to reach me as soon as possible.
