No delivery, no return, poor customer service
My order was shipped and could not reach my address. The address was marked incorrect after purchase and never made its way to me. This means at the company level where I bought my tires, everything was fine. When it was given to the shipping company they got the wrong address and lead to more issues.
Contacted the delivery company at DpD. They changed the address and still did not make it to my home. They did their best but could not correct an error created by the company.
Contacted customer service and no reply after a couple of emails and many days.
No tires, no money return, no customer service.
Would not reccomend due to poor customer service.

Dear Sir,
we apologize for the inconvenience caused.
As you stated, the courier had difficulties in finding you address which was marked as wrong/incomplete, therefore the goods were returned to the sender.
We asked you if we should send a replacement but you choose the refund, which we did.
