The phone number on the website is only there because of obligations I guess, nobody answers, no matter what time you call it. You just listen to music. Hence communication is only possible via e-mail.
The shipping took more time than it was indicated on the website (there's a date range, 2 days extra added, not a really big deal, still if you need them immediately, it could be a problem).
I've received 1 year old tires, I wasn't expecting brand new ones, however I received them on 5th of December 2023, the tires were manufactured in 47th week of 2022.
